Inside Our 7-Step Flight & Safety Standard

  1. Airspace Clearance & LAANC Authorization: Verification of airspace classifications and securing Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) approvals through FAA-approved UAS Service Suppliers prior to launch.

  2. Weather & Atmospheric Monitoring: Pre-mission and real-time local microclimate evaluations, including wind speeds, cloud clearance, density altitude, and temperature limits.

  3. NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) Review: Active screening for local flight restrictions, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), and surrounding aviation activity.

  4. Pre-Flight & Risk Assessment Checklists: Rigorous multi-point mechanical, sensor, battery, and site-hazard inspection conducted on-site before every takeoff.

  5. Client Flight Plan Briefing: Full transparent documentation provided to project leads prior to operations, detailing scheduled flight windows, mission boundaries, flight paths, and operational parameters.

  6. On-Site Jobsite Safety Assessment (JSA): Identifying physical site hazards, non-participating personnel, emergency landing zones (ELZs), and lost-link fail-safe procedures.

  7. Post-Flight Briefing & Data QA/QC: A brief note on post-mission operations, verifying data integrity on-site, and conducting post-flight equipment inspections before departing the site.
